  • Business correspondence and records created when we respond, evaluate a use case, or discuss a potential relationship.

3. Cookies and analytics

As of the effective date, Nexilume AI does not use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this corporate website. The site does not use cookies to build visitor profiles.

Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary network technologies to deliver content, balance traffic, prevent abuse, and maintain security. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

  • Operating, securing, debugging, and improving the website.
  • Maintaining business records, preventing fraud or abuse, enforcing terms, and complying with law.

5. Legal bases where applicable

Where a law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps you request before a contract, perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, comply with legal obligations, or based on consent where we specifically request it. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to hosting, network, email, security, collaboration, and professional-service providers that process it for us; to advisers and counterparties under appropriate duties; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and have not done so during the preceding 12 months.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including responding to a request, maintaining business and security records, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention varies with the nature of the communication and applicable requirements, after which information is deleted or de-identified where practical.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; or to appeal or complain to a privacy authority. You may also have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

Send requests to [email protected]. State your jurisdiction and request. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions, and an authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authority.
