If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate product, pilot, API, SDK, support, confidentiality, payment, or investment-related agreements prevail over these Terms for the subject matter they cover.
2. Website information and Private Preview
The site describes current plans, illustrative workflows, technical examples, and Private Preview capabilities. Content may be incomplete, may change, and is not a promise that a feature, service level, price, integration, or release date will be available.
Illustrative metrics, interfaces, diagrams, code, customer scenarios, baselines, and outcomes are examples unless expressly identified as measured customer results in a signed agreement.
3. No financial or securities offer
Tokenbank funding, SLA, revenue-allocation, and distribution examples are product illustrations only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a security, investment product, insurance product, or regulated financial service.
The site does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Any actual funding, revenue sharing, or distribution arrangement requires separate diligence, written agreements, eligibility review, and compliance with applicable law.

Nexilume AI, the Nexilume mark, Nexus, Nexus Router, Tokenbank, Nexus Port SDK, and associated names and designs may be trademarks or service marks of Nexilume AI LLC. No license is granted except the limited right to access the site under these Terms.
6. Code samples and third-party materials
Code samples are provided for evaluation and explanation, not for production deployment. Unless a sample identifies a separate license, you may not redistribute it as a standalone product or represent it as your own.
Open-source software, fonts, icons, third-party products, and referenced standards remain subject to their respective licenses and owners. References do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Communications and feedback
Emailing Nexilume AI does not create a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, employment, or customer relationship. Do not send source code, credentials, personal data, export-controlled material, or confidential information unless an authorized representative has agreed in writing to receive it.
You retain ownership of feedback you provide. You grant Nexilume AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to evaluate and improve its products and services, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nexilume AI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
Engineering and AI outputs require qualified human review. You are responsible for validating any information before relying on it for design, verification, safety, financial, legal, or production decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexilume AI LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from the site will not exceed USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections.
